The Basic Recipe:
-1 sweet potato cut into fairly thin wedges
– couple of tablespoons of olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
It’s simple,just toss the wedges in oil and season with salt and pepper.Then cook for 25-40 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them) between 180-200 degrees Celsius.
You can jazz them up however you like.Want herbs ? Add herbs! Want spices ? Go ahead ! Experiment and see what flavour combinations float your boat.
