A nice little pre-exhaust before some heavy benching. Just an idea of mine ,give it a go and let me know if you like it !
Exercise 1) Dips (can be assisted) 15-25 reps
Exercise 2) Wide arm press ups 15-25 reps
Exercise 3) Dumbell flyes 15-25 reps at a light weight
The key to this is sticking to a 303 tempo (see resistance post) and using light weights.You can repeat this before the final stage of bench press if you want to achieve a real pre-exhaust.
Then go for it. Bench heavy and enjoy the burn!!
